7 StepsTo Become The Greatest Crossdress Friend

Be The First To Comment

It’s not necessary that every time boys have to prove their perfection in a relation, if you want your boyfriend to be the best, you too will have to stand equal to him.

There are certain things through which you can prove a perfect girl friend. So just check these tips out and see if you are already following them and if not then imply them soon!

1. Involve with the things what he likes to do and make him feel comfortable like hanging out with him and his buddies.

2. If you have just started dating him then never buy clothes for him, this shows that you don’t like his dressing style.

3. Send him a message regarding your last date and make him feel special.

4. Forget your earring or some delicate thing at his place which reminds him of you and your things every time.

5. Too much attachment outdoors or ‘Publically display of Affection’ is not at all good. It may let him and others feel uncomfortable.

6. Spend time in making home made things and carry them with you while visiting his home so that his mom feels that her son is special for you.

7. Give him equal respect and value his suggestions. It would be better if you can make him feel his worth in your life.

Foods That Improve Your Looks of Crossdressers

Be The First To Comment

Spinach keeps the whites of your eyes clear.Iron, found in eggs, helps with hair-loss prevention.[*]Try adding grapeseed oil to a salad; it improves your skin (with vitamin E).
"Eggs are high in iron, which can help prevent hair loss (wish someone had told me that when I was younger)."

Rather than shelling out for that ultra-hydrating anti-aging exfoliator, reach for the fridge instead. You can affect the way you look by what you eat. Adding a few varied ingredients to your diet is easy, practical and an inexpensive way to improve your looks (brightening your eyes, preventing hair loss and clearing up your skin). Check out our guide to the foods that can turn you into someone’s attractive dinner date

Spinach
Popeye’s favorite won’t necessarily make your muscles bulge like the pipe-smoking Pipsqueak (although they do make them more efficient), but spinach is rich in the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin that are great for keeping the whites of your eyes clear -- a particular benefit if you happen to be a frequent flier on the Vegas red eye. Spinach is great in salads and curries, among other things. The iron-rich green is a perfect accompaniment to steak. Fry or broil a steak to your liking and cook some spinach in a pan with no water, squeezing off any excess after a couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and mix in some heavy cream and crumbled blue cheese. Season and serve, sitting your steaks on top of the spinach so the juices drizzle through.

Eggs
These ever-ready sources of energy often make the quickest and easiest late-night dinners -- eggs over-easy on buttered toast or stuffed into a bagel are the go-to choices for a satisfying snack. Eggs are high in iron, which can help prevent hair loss (wish someone had told me that when I was younger) and are also high in sulfur (the “bad egg” smell we associate with stink bombs in school), which helps keep your hair soft and smooth.
A Fiorentina pizza combines the powers of both the spinach and the eggs. If you don’t order takeout, grab a pre-made pizza base and spread on some tomato sauce (not ketchup, you at the back). Again, pre-made is fine, but try and find one without additives. Slap on loads of baby spinach and make a little nest in the middle. Crack in an egg, grate over loads of Parmesan and season with plenty of black pepper; bake on high for 10 minutes till the pizza is golden and the egg yolk is still runny.

Bananas

A banana is a bit of a freaky eat in that it keeps your skin nice and elastic. Try this little experiment: Grab a few people of differing ages and gently (!) pinch the skin on the back of their wrists. Pull it up and release. The quicker it goes back, the more elastic it is. Things like smoking cigarettes do loads of damage to the elasticity in your birthday suit, and the potassium in bananas can help with this, as bananas are foods that can improve your looks.
You can’t get better than a classic banana split done posh. Halve your banana, scoop in some vanilla bean and good-quality chocolate ice cream, pour over 70% chocolate sauce, add salted butterscotch sauce, and scatter over chopped hazelnuts and sour cherries. This is the stuff that dreams are made of. If you’re on a health kick, go for a healthy option. Halve the banana, spoon over some thick natural yogurt, drizzle over honey, and add the nuts and cherries along with some granola for extra crunch.

Red cabbage
The more common white’s bright-purple cousin is packed with sulfur and iodine; these both help with the cleansing of your insides. Keeping your insides running smoothly and healthily is incredibly important for ridding your body of toxins, which can effect things like your skin. If you suffer from acne, maintaining a healthy inside is as important -- if not more so -- than any product you can use on your skin. Fight the battle both ways. Red cabbage is great pickled and is dead easy to consume. Take half a red cabbage and finely shred it into strips.
In a pan, boil together four parts water, two parts white-wine vinegar and one part sugar with a few allspice berries and a bay leaf. Allow to cool and pour over the shredded cabbage. Add a sliced chili or two if you like. Seal and store in the refrigerator. This is mind-numbingly good on a pulled pork sandwich, a burger or a dog.

Beets

Our purple pals (or yellow, rainbow or even pink) are a strong ally in the fight to keeping up our appearances. Beetroot contains betaine, which is a bioactive agent that helps with the breakdown of fats. Their juice also contains a form of chlorine that aids digestion by doing the same thing. Now, beet juice might not be the most appealing thing, but you should still be able to get a fair whack of beet goodness from eating them in their natural state.
Consider adding a tablespoon or two of beetroot juice to your salad. If you haven’t eaten beets before, there is a remarkable side effect, but we’ll leave you to discover that on your own.

Grapeseed oil
This newly fashionable oil is bright golden, perfect for drizzling over salads or on Italian bread. It's used in cosmetics now as a skin softener but it is also rich in vitamin E, which reduces the appearance of wrinkles. That might sound like an advert for an expensive skin cream, but you can pick up a bottle of this stuff for around $10 in health food stores. Use it as you would olive oil. It has a decent smoke point, which means it great for frying, or stick it in salad dressings and marinades. Griddle some bread on a barbecue or under a broiler; pour over some grapeseed oil, a drizzle of good balsamic and sea salt flakes; it's the perfect start to a meal.

Turkey
You might overlook your nails, but a sexy woman at the bar won’t. Girls look at stuff like nails, teeth, hair and how clean your ears are; they want to know you’re looking after yourself. So, don’t overlook the importance of nail health. The good news: It’s dead easy. Make sure a) you’re getting enough water in your diet and b) you’re getting enough protein. That’s not carte blanche to eat steaks for the rest of the week and nothing else. As you’ve guessed from reading this, a varied diet full of lots of fruit and vegetables, particularly the brightly colored ones, is integral to maintaining those boyish good looks. A turkey soup would be a great starting point as you’ll be taking in liquids as well. Try a Thai-style fiery Tom Yum with shredded turkey. The chilies will leave you buzzing from the endorphins, too.

Guava
A last addition to our list of foods that improve your looks are guavas. Guavas are high in antioxidants to counteract the free radicals that cause skin damage and will leave you looking prematurely old. You actually don’t even need to eat it if you aren’t a fan. Just squish the flesh into submission and rub it on your skin -- but wash it off before you head out on the town. They’re also rich in vitamin C, containing five times as much as the humble orange. To top it off, they have a whole host of other health benefits. The best way to eat these bad boys is either in a fruit salad or straight up with a good squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Outing tips for Crossdressers

Be The First To Comment
Couple of outing tips which I thought should share with other gals when I did a
late night outing months back. Though I drafted the mail I  somehow missed
sending it out, so here it is now.
Some disclaimers: This may be sounding silly for experienced/frequent outing
cd’s. Many of the tips available in net about how to go out dressed without
being caught etc, In spite of reading them and having some knowledge on them
when I personally went out for the first time it was hard overcoming some of my
male instincts. Also some of these may not qualify as tips but just the blunders
I realized after going out which you gals can avoid. So its worth going through
all these once again.

All of these may come naturally if you frequently go out and ignore all these
tips over a period of time, so to that extent this is just a starters guide.
These are not taken from anywhere, just my observations and not in any specific
order of importance.
 1.       Talk, and keep talking as much if you are with company- keeping quite
is not a gals nature unless there is something seriously wrong, but I don’t know
how to manage this when we do not have convincing voice or where others can
easily hear us.
2.       Be bubbly and not serious- keep smiling- not difficult one, but still
needs a reason and one should carry it well and not look silly.
3.       Relaxed and tension free face- without our knowledge we get in to this
mode especially if we are going out for the first time- avoid this and be
relaxed as much as possible.
4.       Walk slowly- I cant believe my self- no matter how much ever I wanted
to walk slowly it was hard to do with smaller steps!!
5.       Don’t jump steps- be delicate. I was almost about to do this monkey act
if I had not observed other guy who was staring at me J and suddenly I realized
that I am girl and not supposed to do all this.
6.       If you need to tender cash/change, don’t reach to your usual valet at
back pocket (if on jeans). I almost did this at a petrol bunk, but girls always
keep their coins and cash in a hand bag.

7.       Same thing applies for mobile also for extra feminine experience.
8.       Also don’t reach for shirt pocket!! You know you have something
different in that position J
9.       Don’t pick nose or other dirty acts which you might do unhesitantly in
male mode J
10.   Don’t do any heavy duty/heoric acts like lifting heavy objects etc,.
11.   Sit in cross legged position- I dint experience any notable troubles with
this, however worth mentioning.
12. Can avoid unnecessary eye contacts with others

People with more experience going out in day light/ early evening, who had
encountered many other situation can add many points to this list. My experience
is very limited and restricted to certain situation as I had not interacted much
with people on outing.

Most Expensive Jewelry Of The World!!

Be The First To Comment

Diamond Necklaces

$5 million
Diamonds are not only the girl’s best friend. They are also an economical man’s worst enemy! It is no secret that diamonds and diamond necklaces as well as diamond jewelry are costly. The ordinary you and I might wish to have a necklace with small, cheap diamonds just to tell others we have diamond necklaces as well, but well, otherwise, the more exotic diamond necklaces with large stones or many stones are simply not for average folks.
How about a diamond necklace that has a pear shaped diamond, about 75 carats? The necklace looks simply stunning with the diamond in it, and it costs only about US $5 million. There is also a diamond ring that is quite cheap – about $1 million. A beautiful diamond necklace, by Stefano Canturi, costs only about &750,000 – $1 million.

The Blue Diamond

$7.98 million
It is the ultimate diamond in the rough. And if you have to ask how much it costs, you can’t afford it. A rare
and flawless blue diamond has set a record as the most expensive precious jewel of its kind ever sold. The gem, which is 6.04 carats and sparkles with an unusual blue hue, is almost as breathtaking as the
price it fetched at a Sotheby’s auction in Hong Kong.

Diamond of Hope

$180,000
Cartier wanted a lot of money,” says Washington Post Columnist Sarah Booth Conroy, “and Evalyn was hesitant. So Cartier added, ‘Well, we’ve fixed it up now with a wonderful setting and you’ll like it.
Why don’t you keep it for a few days?’ And so she put it on her dresser and she looked at it and she looked at it…” “For hours that jewel stared at me,” remembers Evalyn in her autobiography, “and at some time during the night I began to really want the thing. Then I put the chain around my neck and hooked my life to its destiny for good or evil.”
The deal closes at $180,000; Cartier’s elaborate sales pitch has worked. The Hope diamond is the largest and most perfect blue diamond in existence, but for the young and impetuous heiress, its fascinating past is the hot selling point. “Besides that,” says Conroy, “she thought things that were unlucky for everybody else would be lucky for her, because she was an exception

Chopard Blue Diamond Ring

$16.26 million
Blue diamonds are among the rarest of naturally colored gems. That’s why this oval-shaped diamond ring, with triangular-shaped diamond shoulders and a pave-set diamond band in 18-carat white gold, will set you back about $1.7 million per carat. A pricey and unique alternative to the typical engagement

Heart of the Kingdom Ruby

$14 million
This 40.63-carat, heart-shaped Burma ruby, mounted on a 155-carat diamond necklace, claims top spot in the British jeweler’s collection. Got a débutante in your family? The diamond necklace can be transformed into a tiara. The stone is accompanied by two independent Swiss laboratory reports that verify its rarity.

Diamond Drop Earring by Harry Winston

$8.5 Million Earrings
Harry Winston is the ‘jeweler to the stars’ and you can find him, where else, at the House of Winston at 371 N. Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, California. Every year Harry Winston lends out hundreds of millions of dollars worth of jewelry to the stars so they can look good at the Oscars. For 2006 the House of Winston created a pair of ‘Extraordinary Diamond Drop Earrings’ consisting of two pear-shaped diamonds in a platinum setting totaling 60.1 carats of wallet emptying glitter. If you’re interested in buying the world’s most expensive earrings be prepared to shell out a cool $8.5 million USD

Magnificent Diamond and Emerald Necklace

$3 million-plus
A virtual cascade of white and green, this Magnificent Diamond and Emerald Necklace from Chopard’s “Haute Joaillerie” collection will keep all eyes on your sweetheart, whatever the occasion. There are 191-carats worth of Columbia’s most beautiful emeralds on there, completely set by 16 carats of rose-cut and drop-shaped diamonds. Though officially “price upon request,” you should figure on spending $3 million-plus.

Regal Pear Shape Diamond Pendant

$2.5 million
Showstopper or credit-limit topper? Either way, Tiffany’s Majestic Diamond Necklace will be center stagShowstopper or credit-limit topper? Either way, Tiffany’s Majestic Diamond Necklace will be center stage wherever it’s displayed. With a fluid design that lies softly on the neck–and really, what other way is there?–this glittering choker evokes breathtaking glamour, with a 41.4-carat, pear-shaped diamond accompanied by a multitude of round and pear-shaped diamonds. Each stone is top-of-the-crust in color and clarity, of course, as is the pretty blue box it comes in

Emerald coktail Ring

$2.14 million
Luxury watch and jewelry manufacturer Chopard’s collection includes many high-priced pieces. But this bold ****tail ring–with half-moon diamond shoulders holding up a 33.02-carat solitaire emerald on a pave-set diamond and platinum band–outshines its rivals.

Novo Yellow Diamond Ring

$1.35 million
Of all the pieces one might find inside that famous blue box, this 25.27-carat novo yellow diamond ring set in platinum and yellow gold is priciest. Its beauty and its cost make soon-to-be-engaged girls swoon, and their beaus shudder. Can’t make it to the New York City location? Tiffany’s efficient online catalog makes ordering from home easy.

Diamond Engagement Rings

Engagement rings are traditionally known as a symbol of love and proposing. When a man asks a woman for her hand in marriage and in life, this ring is offered. Tradtionally, any ring is usable because the ring itself is a continuous loop symbolizing eternity. But as victims of society, now every man is pressured to use the most expensive piece he can afford, typically a diamond ring. The general rule of thumb is two to three month’s salary to show his dedication and sincerity.
Diamond rings became a tradition when the first one was given by Archduke Maximilian of Austria to Mary of Burgundy in 1477. Now it’s become a widely practiced ritual by nearly every culture in the world. More than 250 tons of earth is mined before a single 1 carat gem quality diamond is uncovered. The best quality diamonds are usually set into platinum bands for people who perfer the best of the best.

Weight loss without exercise for crossdresers

Be The First To Comment

Hi friends

I found this article from net surfing
hope u'll enjoy reading it

Here, 25-year-old student Rohit Daga shares how he dropped 16 kilos in three months flat:

I always hated exercising, so when I gained some weight in college I considered trying an alternate way of losing weight.

I am 5' 8" tall and weighed 71 kgs at that point of time. Though it did not embarrass me, the "feel good" factor was just not there with that kind of weight.

So, I set out to drop the excess baggage. I do not like carbonated drinks, so soft drinks were the first to be removed from the consumption list. Then I stopped eating sweets, chocolates, cakes, butter, cheese and potatoes (and everything made from potatoes like chips and vadas).

I drastically cut down my sugar consumption; it just added too many calories. In addition to these measures, I would drink lots of water. I found that drinking about eight litres of water a day could do wonders for your body. Besides, it is a good way of detoxifying your system.

I love fruits; and so increased the amount of fruits and vegetables I consumed. Papaya, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and carrots became an important part of my daily diet.

In the evenings, I would usually get very hungry and I'd order junk food. That is something I targeted. I started to eat a cucumber and a tomato in the evenings; they have a lot of water and satisfy your hunger as well. I stopped eating while watching TV. What I realised was that when I eat while watching TV, I tend to eat more than was necessary. So I just cut it out altogether.

My daily diet was as follows:

Breakfast: Cornflakes and hot milk (300 ml) or 1 plate of idli (two pieces) or a small plate of papaya
Lunch: Two rotis, cooked vegetable, one onion and half a cup of curds
Evening: One glass of sweet lime or orange juice (without sugar), one cucumber (medium sized) and one tomato (medium sized)
Dinner: Two rotis and cooked vegetables
Late night snack: One carrot (medium sized)

Apart from this, I made sure I was not seated for more than 30 minutes at a stretch. I would just take a walk for two minutes or drink some water, which helped me keep burning more calories. I also stopped using lifts and escalators. Instead, I started using the stairs, which also really helped.

Over a three-month period, I lost 16 kilos and went from weighing 71 kg to 55 kg. So, although I didn't need to lose a lot of weight, the method obviously produced results.

Many people will recommend various methods for how to lose weight. However, you need to adopt a weight-loss plan that suits your personality. If you hate exercising, there is no point trying to do it against your wishes, you will just not enjoy it.

I did not like butter or colas, so I could cut it out of my diet without any regrets. I love ice cream though, and did not give it up. I just rationed it to once a fortnight. During this 3-month period, I enjoyed what I ate and was also happy doing it. I also did not spend any additional time on exercise, but managed to lose the weight.

So, make sure your plan is in-sync with your personality and something that keeps you happy.
